Is at hand anything close to rx diuratics thats over the counter?

You probably couldn't catch a disease from a small thumbtack prick, so don't freak out. You're most promising losing weight because stress is cause you to eat smaller quantity. It's normal; I usually lose counterweight when I'm stressed out or worried because I forget to eat. If you take the chance, try to get through something around noon, and enjoy bigger meals for breakfast and dinner.

The pin and thumbtac piece I would not wory about unless it broke the skin. Unexplained weightiness loss can be caused by a little things diabetis to a heart condition. Go tko your doctor.

Unless you are trying to lose weight by ingestion less and exercising more

You should munch through breakfast even if it is a piece of fruit, a sandwich on the way to the bus stop.
