I am just getting over a repulsive cold that gave me lower rear pain...along beside a myriad of other nasty symptoms. As long as the backbone pain doesn't carry severe or last for more than a week, I wouldn't be worried.

its probably just coincidence but everyone is artificial a little differently by any malady. the flu usually causes ache and pains along with cold symptoms.How old are you?
