Charlie Horse..?


I woke up this morning out of sleep with a horriable charlie horse within my leg, almost like my calf cog of my leg, that has never happend to me past, it hurt like really fruitless. Does anyone know what this is caused from? I am not apathetic, i am pretty active, but any info on it..?

Is here something for wrist that starts hurting after a few hours to a day subsequent?


You could be dehydrated or your body could be recounting you that you need more potassium. Eat a banana a light of day or take a vitamin. Drink lots of hose or one gatorade once every couple days. If you can stand it and are drinking LOTS of water, devour a pinch of salt up to that time bed. Also, if you get one, try massage it and wiggle your fingers and toes. I don't know why exactly that help, but it does.

Self Injury or nerves?

HELP im really worried?

It could be anything from over working it, to a removal of potassium. I know if you have another one they dance away quicker if you have your leg flat grasp your big toe and pull backwards, it stretches out the muscle and it go away quicker but it still hurts. If it's a potassium problem try eating bananas.

Should I see a doctor?

It's a need of potassium so try eating some bananas a few times a week or find some vitamins beside extra potassium.

Ear ringing when talk?
