If it doesn't raise after a while, by all medium, go subsidise to your doctor and have it checked. It could be an incorrect fitting or at hand could be another problem with that lens. Better to own it checked early a bit than let it run and take the arbitrariness the eye could get irritated.

Your contact lense might be inside out. If you hold it on the tip of your finger and hold it up to the reading light, the lense should make a cup shape. If the edges of the lense flair out a bit, that manner it's inside out. Also, adding a bit of solution onto the lense until that time putting it in helps cut down on friction.
I've worn contacts for years and *never* quality them when they're inserted properly. If all else fail, go backbone to your doc. The left lense may hold not been fitted properly, within which case your doc may supply you a new one.

If it is only bothering you in one eye consequently most likely at hand is something wrong with that lens, ie a small rip or it is not fitting correctly. Go backbone to your eye doc and let them nick a look to fix the problem. You should not be able to update the difference between eyes with properly fitting contacts.
How can I cure darkness cramp, or cramp whilst asleep ?
if they are hard lenses you will eventually get hold of use to it. If they are soft lenses it sounds like they are not fitting right or the disappeared contact is drying out. You may just stipulation more time to get use to them.
