This usually occur a few days before menstruation due to hormonal change. Its not the same for every woman...some remain like peas in a pod, for others there could be physical reaction (migraines, cramps, nausea etc), for some emotional reaction (mood swings, depression etc), and for others both physical and emotional effects.
I believe within is medication you can take to combat mood swings, but they adjectives have side effects, so its safer for women to do business with it on their own. Plz remember that we can't control or predict our mood swings, nor do we soak up going thru them and the periods & cramps after that. It really helps when the men within our lives (partners, fathers, brothers, buddies etc) are intelligence and supportive :)

because if you bleed for a week & still didn't die,you'd be pissed off too!!!You deal beside the mess of periods and after you can tell me. I'd resembling to see the men put up with bloating, which is swelling, cramps that are similar to severe diareah, where your stomach knot up and sometimes they hurt so bad you can't abet but double over in aching. Not to mention the uncomfortable be aware of of pads and tampons, or the mess within your panties.
