Does any one have any exercises You can do when you brake a leg so you won't gain consignment?


I recently broke my leg and since after have gain a little bit of counterbalance and I've only have the kast on for 1 week! I still have 5 more weeks to walk and the problem is is that I am eating my regular meal but since I can't workout so I am not burning off the hefty. I really don't know what to do because I want to keep my great numeral!So does anyone have any thinking of how I can burn this fat rotten like beside special excersizes that are designed of people beside a broken foot?

When I broke my leg i was on crutches for over two months. My excercise be simple, walk around on your crutches, if you are on them. It totally worked out my upper body since i have to support my own weight. as for consumption, i ate the same food, purely lesser amounts because i'd be so tired. anywho, angelic luck on your recovery, and start working your leg out as soon as your doctor say its cool. it will be considerably smaller than your good leg.
