Medical guidance?
I have leg throbbing daily ,what are some cause I went to er for other problems and they have to give me a potassum shot because it be low .But I went because of gallblatter attack.I hold no insurance to just step to doctor.any advise will be appreciated.

Your Potassium be low....are you on high blood pressure medication...which are commonly diuretics...if you are, that would account for the low potassium problem..which will lead to leg pains/cramps/ Charlie horses..depending on what you call the cramps. The easiest track to bring up and keep your potassium horizontal even..is a multi vitamin that contains it..or try eating a banana everyday! Its a great source of potassium and will probably correct your problem.

There could be a lot of reason. Firstly, are you overweight? If so, then you would enjoy leg pain unless you diminish. Secondly, are you walking too much or using your legs a lot? If to be precise the case, try to tuning your daily routine. Does anyone in your kith and kin have a history of arthritis? Is the affliction in the leg or contained by the knee joint? Sorry, but the better option would be to dance to the doctor as they can diagnose properly. We can only guess.
