Severe lower back pains, radiating to the front similar to menstrual cramps?
my period is over and these horrible pains are still here. My legs feel fragile and the pain is radiating from my lower stern just above my tailbone ...around to my pelvis. Any thinking on what could be wrong?

I don't want to scare you but dance see your gyno. Sometimes lower back dull pain is a symptom of cervical cancer. Get it checked out. I'm probably wrong but you want to know for sure what it is.
