I haven't have a fever for at lowest 10 years, if not longer and I own been sick. I wouldn't verbs about it.

Yes. Not all illnesses warrant a confusion. Fever typically means the flu or some open-handed of infection. I'm just getting over a really desperate cold that knocked me for a loop. I never have body aches or confusion which is how I know that it's just a cold and not the flu.
