How can I treat my swollen collar?
Weirdly, the swelling is on both the left and right sides of the frontal region of my d¨Ścolletage, right between my adam's apple (which is NOT swollen) and my pulses on each side. The soreness isn't overwhelming, but it is annoying and for a while stiffening.
Ice didn't seem to sustain at all, strangely, as it does beside most swelling episodes.

Rest. - Don't do anything strenuous that would inflict alot of jerking or jolting to your d¨Ścolletage.
Ice. - Try put some ice pack on there to preserve the swelling down. Also ibuprofin is a pain reliever and also swelling reducer.
Compression. - Maybe try put some type ofcommpression on in attendance. Not too tight of course because it is your d¨Ścolletage and you don't wanna cut off your breathing!
Elevation. - Basically don't stand on your chief! The more blood that is contained by the area afterwards the more swollen it will be.
Good luck to you. I hope you get to response better soon. If you still have severe headache in a few days or if it suddenly get worse you should definitely want medical attention. Sounds like you are fine right in a minute though.

Your symptoms actually nouns like swollen glands, unrelated to an injury. Maybe you are coming down near a cold or the flu?Seriously I would go to the doctors and go and get it checked out and Xrayed. might have messed something up in nearby .....

SOunds approaching a bit of swollen glands. You may or may not feel a bit ailing over the next few days. You may perceive fine as your body is dealing with the infection fine.If the swelling doesn't subside in a few days next see your doctor.

If ice is not helping it may be swollen glands. In fussy the thyroid is a wraparound gland at the base front of your throat. You may be developing hyperthyroidism (over hum of the tyroid gland). You should definitely see a doctor right away. I own hypothyroidism (underactive gland), it does not hurt and you may not even notice the symptoms. I lug a very small pill, call Levoxyl/generic for Synthroid which is TSH or thryoid stimulating hormone. A simple visit to the doctor and a prompt blood test may be adjectives you need. Even if you don't regard as it is a thryoid related problem, you should probably check it out anyway since the swelling repeats itself and doesn't respond to heat or cold.
