you probaly hit your funnt bone, it particularly sensitive and brusies easily, only rest it for a day or so, hang on to moving it so it doesnt get stiff!! once the bruise heal youll be back to typical

I do that ALL THE TIME. It hurts for a while but you'll be fine. If it still hurts really bad after resembling 5 days, you should get it x-rayed to see if you hold any hair-line fractures.
