i went to my home doctor who then referred me to a neurosurgeon to see if surgery be needed. having spodylosis is not fun. i am on narcotics to releive the discomfort, which has become a serious problem. i reccomend a dull pain clinic or an internal medicine dr. try to stay away from narcotic throbbing meds if you can though, they are very addicting
