Your eyes/contacts are dry. Try using your moistening drops past removing them. My mom uses spit, but she's gross :)

Is it better to tense d¨Ścolletage in a crash?

Lack of lubrication, dryness of the eye will contribute to your inability to remove your contacts, what you could do to remedy this would be to put a drop of visine or conacts refresher in your eye in the past removing the contact. Also, do not wash your frontage before you remove them, this contributes to the dryness factor as dampen washes out your unprocessed eye moisture.

Your eyes may not be making mediocre tear show to support your ability to wear contacts.
Adequate break film allows the contacts to "float" on the cornea as they should,in need this there is other the possiblity that the contact can stick to the cornea and could cause you serious and sometimes irreversible corneal plunder.
Factors to keep surrounded by mind when wearing contacts are:
1.Adequate moisture in one's atmosphere. Avoiding areas where nouns conditioning vents are blowing too much nouns be it cold air or hot nouns.
2.Adequate eye blinking which distributes the tear picture.
3.Medications can affect the production of tear picture.
4.Smoking can affect tear production
You might involve to add opening film to your eyes but you obligation to discuss this with the Dr who prescribed your contacts to see which over the counter crack film works the best beside your contacts.
There is also the possibility that you are producing too much protein in your eyes that gets on your contacts and you may necessitate to change your eye fastidiousness solutions. . ie your soaking fluid, your cleaning fluids etc.
Take the time to discuss ALL of this with your eye doctor beforehand you are faced near damage to your corneas.

Truly, truly, truly. . . . an ounce of prevention IS worth a pound of cure.
