Constipation is due to blockage or slowing down of intestinal movements. This is due to addiction, stimulating spicy foods, stale foods, non fibrous foods, eating minus hunger or overeating.
Avoid first three as much you can. Use preferably home made fresh food. Don't throw away bran from floor, avoid using it from shop if possible. Add salads to your meal and use green vegitables as much as you can.
Avoid frequent tea if you do, overeating or eating without hunger.
That blocks the intestine movements.
Do some exercise on a daily basis if you don't have much movements.

eat prunes or drink prune juice...Prune liquid is good, Metamucil is flawless. I like to drink yogurt and/or take Acidophilus pills each day. Depending on your body you might try eating corn, popcorn, apples, applesauce, raisins, plums, grapes or apple liquid.

You can try several nutritional methods such as increasing your soluble fibre intake, and fluid intake as economically. Fibre filled foods include prunes, greens, together wheats etc, fruit, etc.Several medications can facilitate as well, such as Colace which will verbs the stool, a laxative like Exlax, or an enema, or suppository if these methods dont work.

This might seem abnormal, but drinking warm marine will help. Nothing too hot, luke thaw is good. Sometimes I drink tea though and that help. You can take a stool softener, and a few others own said to drink prune juice and that does work too (so does intake prunes).
