could be sinus infection or even lymph nodes.. at any rate I wouldn't be going to the ER for that and I wouldnt tolerate anyone freak you out saying its heart trouble any... I used to have something simular as economically.. I would also wake up to a "waxy" ear..gross I know and it be nothing except me sleeping on one side to long and ear waterway produced extra wax to compensate.. I also did not have angelic pillows on the bed at all and that be really the big contributer. I went to the chiropracter and get realligned and bought new pillows and I'm fine very soon.
