You could try THERAGHESIC it is kinda like bandgay but it works better I enjoy knee trouble too but my is due to a misfortune. but the theragisic realy helps. you should know how to find it at your grocery store.Ok just accidentilly cut into my finger thoughtful what do i do?

My husband have pain contained by both of his knees, especially when he sits to long. The doctor has told him it is arthritis. Moving around more seem to help control the affliction, and he also takes aspirin. He have had this problem for several years. We are pretty sure it only the usual aches and pains when race start to get elder. Driving for any distance, even an hour, causes his knees to really hurt. If we hold to travel long distance, we stop frequently and get out and way of walking around. This does help. Also if weather is moist, problem seems to be worse. Heating wipe helps him, plus within the winter we use an electric blanket, which really seems to facility aches not with the sole purpose in his knees but anywhere else. Good luck to you.

hi mate, dont listen to these about frail age iam 37 and if its like a shooting stroke stabbing agony i suffer the same entry. my gp diagnosed it as clarkes syndrome. basically artheritis of the patella? however go to have a consultation at hostpital at the ruin of november and his diagnosis is that its the cartlige thats wearing a bit, the way he described it is similar to toothace you have nerves and when it catch ..well you know the rest? awaiting now 4 a appointment for phisiotherapy...bye
