even though i never go to the dr/hosp afterwards, do i still have a grip against the bank because they never salted their parking lot..?? it be totally covered in rime.and for some stupid reason i never go to get it checked out... but here i am a year subsequently and still have some swelling of the knees.if i were to win medical reports today, would i be able to run to a law firm and hold a valid case for some $$$?

Since you failed to go and get a doctors report immediatly. Also, what you should have done be taken pictures of the icy parking lot. So I don't think that you will know how to prove anything to the courts about this fluke happening. If you didnt own any medical checkup done at the time there is no mode to prove that that is how you get your injury and it will be argued that it happened at another time. Assuming you didn't report to the bank at the time, which you don't voice you did or didn't, and since you didn't get medical attention at the time, you wouldn't enjoy any case at adjectives. You have no evidence let go your word that you fell and now enjoy an injury a year later. How would a consider know whether you fell at home before or since afterwards?
