Unusual ankle injury. Treatment?
I was jump a double on my motorcycle and landed on the uphill side of the landing ramp. Didn't crash, but I have the balls of my foot on the pegs instead of the middle of my foot like I be supposed to, and had a really hard impact when I land.
My feet bent UPWARD, and I in a jiffy crawled around on the ground with the top and heels of my foot on fire (not literally). Never could put pressure on not here foot, and very small (1/2 cm) catalogue of motion in adjectives directions. Three days later, swollen, but no bruising, bloody to touch heel and ankle bone.
3 days later (after Resting/Icing/Elevating/No walking) Larger stock of motion, still slightly swollen, no bruising, but still no weight deportment allowed. When I put pressure, I feel the intense throbbing along the top of my ankle (tarsals) and my heel.
Usually ankle sprains are from rolling to either side. Have never have it from bending my foot UP. I cannot see a doctor (am struggling financially) I would appreciate your help.

my cat be vomitting and now she have diahrea to the point that she bleeding. What is going on?
Well it sounds like you're doing the right entity (resting/icing/elevating) and it also sounds like it's recovering, which is always a moral sign. I'm guessing you've hyper-pressured (extended or crushed) some cartilage or ligaments, maybe a slight crack. But since it isn't in constant pain I'd utter just keep hold of doing what you're doing. I'm also hoping you have a sedentary situation since it takes at lowest possible two weeks for that kind of article, and you should probably find some crutches somewhere to help you out. Naturally, thieve my diagnosis with a pellet of salt it's a short time ago that I've experienced a pretty bad cartilage shred before that might be similar.
It could be a injury to your achillies ligament if it is not torn then it will a moment ago take time to treat from being over extended
I was contained by a similar situation last year. I have insurance though, I fractured the golfball like bone at the bottom of my leg. The simply thing the doctor did for me be to give me painkillers and a boot to wear for roughly a month, don't try to put weight on it and preserve it elevated as much as possible, the more you stay off of it the sooner it will make well, but I would consider getting an x-ray if nothing else. Good luck.
