Internal Stitch coming to surface?

This sounds similar to muscle spasms, and yes, they can be brutal. Try this..take a tube sock, imbue it with rice(brown or white)about 2-3cups,tie it stale, nuke for 2-3 minutes. It will be VERYHOT!!!!!!!!Place a dishcloth or towel between you and the tube sock, lean back to hold surrounded by place and relax, the deep moist boil will ease the spasms. Another is the heat pad, use as directed, this is a dry bake and will not penetrate as wide. If you work an office undertaking in front of the computer adjectives day, muscle spasms are especially common. While sitting a short time ago move around, shift your shoulders up and down, twist your body into stretches. Good luck.

Why do ones legs go numb? Causes of pins and needles?

HAVE YOUR DR. REFER YOU TO A HEALTH CLINIC, SUCH AS "HEALTH SOUTH" THAT DO NOTHING BUT SHOW YOU WHAT EXERCISES TO DO TO HELP THE PROBLEM. SOME EXERCISES CAN MAKE IT WORSE. THESE PEOPLE WORK A LOT WITH ATHLETES AND SPINAL INJURIES AND CAN GET YOU ON THE RIGHT EXERCISE PROGRAM FOR YOU. LIKE I SAID SOME EXERCISES CAN MAKE THE PROBLEM WORSE AND ALSO DO MORE HARM. SO ASK YOUR DR. FOR A REFERAL AND GET ON THE RIGHT EXERCISE FOR WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU.
