it depends...what be you doing right before it happen? It could be all kind of things.....i used to get sharp pains in my manager when i was surrounded by jr.high......we did a cat scan and it finished up being nil.......just stress.....but you should grasp it checked by a doc if it keeps stirring.How long before a full plaster make is put on?

I have something similiar. Mine would come on very hastily and one eye would get bloodshot and one pupil would gain tiny. I went to the Neurologist and he give me Imatrex which I never took, but what seemed to really serve was a professional pat on my face a few times. The anguish comes back every year or two for a few weeks or months and this later time I took a muscle relaxer 3 days in a row and it go away after that.
