My d¨Ścolletage and shoulder muscles.....hurt..
well my neck and shoulder muscles hurt and i other exercize and yesturday i only did a few backbends and toetouches (cheer) and this morning i woke up and those muscles effective my neck hurt REALLY discouraging! should i be concerned and what should i do?

You may have in recent times overdone it so some rest may be in lay down. You may also want to change the agency that you are doing your exercises. Those that you do may be putting too much stress through your neck and consequently causing your symptoms.
