Did this dull pain happen contained by both shoulders at one time??? How strange is that !!!!!! I think I would check beside a doc, you could have any number of problems--one one some form of arthritis or bursitis. Also, I would check with a chiropractor to be sure you don't hold a spinal problem causing the dull pain in your shoulders.I believe affliction should be checked with your doctor.
