Any tips on how to fall asleep quick?


Lately, I just haven't be able to decline asleep. I'll just be lying in bed for 30 mins to an hour (sometimes 2 hours) tossing and turning. It isn't my bed because I only just got a unusual one, and I don't want sleeping pills because my buddy got addicted to them. So does anyone enjoy any helpful tips?

Try avoiding caffein drinks like cola, coffee etc. past sleeping and try reading books because it really makes your brain tired at the sleeping time and which make you want to sleep and make sure your not hungry because hunger make you awake as well. Hope this help

I use melatonin on occassion. It is not addictive. Melatonin is a organic chemical found in your brain. There are supplements found on the vitamin aisle. According to melatonin crucial:
