Running injury??
so yesterday I had my long run (9 miles) I feel pretty good afterwards and did my usual streching followed by immensity training...today I am lightly sore, but my right hamstring is bothering me...according to my training calendar I necessitate to run 7-9 miles again today, should I or should I rest and continue training on tuesday?

Sounds like you only pulled it slightly. My advice would be to work through it. Make sure you heat up up well and stretch beforehand and after your run.
