ok let me first right to be heard i'm not crazy. i know what its like to opening an acl. i already ruptured my right knee acl and have it recontructed and it is MUCH better.

but i only somewhat tore my left acl and it is incredibily unstable and stinging, but since it is not ruptured, my dr does not want to repair it, only force me to wear a donjoy hinged brace. i would much fairly go through the affliction of another ACL reconstruction than live the style i do.

so the question is, how can i receive this acl to tear? i tore my right one traumatically playing soccer (hit from the outside, torn ACL, MCL, meniscus). relieve!
