I can never sleep but i dont want u to tell me what to do BEFORE going to sleep newly when u are in the bed, things that help out you fall asleep quicker!! Please sustain!!

What i do is i watch TV while lay down and for some reason i start to get the impression very sleepy. But I put the auto shut sour for like one hour. Or lift some Nyquil.Something that relaxes you and stops you from truly thinking about going to sleep. Put on some earphones and listen to relaxing music, or put on a movie for a few minutes. This is actually what I started doing lately and I sleep alot better. In my experience, whenever something esteemed is on your mind, you tend to think nearly it when you lay down and its tough to get to sleep.

I read an article aout this on yahoo the other day. Sleep hygiene is the practice of following simple guidelines to ensure restful, efficient sleep promoting daytime alertness and helping avoid the onset of sleep disorders. Trouble sleeping and daytime sleepiness can be indications of poor sleep hygiene.
Some measures of sleep hygiene include:
* Going to bed and getting up at duplicate time each daytime.
* Establishing a regular bedtime routine.
