Have You Ever Sprained Any Part Of Your Body Before? If So How Bad?

Answer:

Bad ankle injury?

i've sprained both of my ankles more times than i can remember. probably the worst time was my sophmore year of college. i be attending a military college as a cadet and was going through the NCOA (non-commissioned officer academy) the week since classes start. the first day i be running up a hill contained by formation in my boots and my ankle turned underneath. i feel next to all my solidity landing on top of it and it started swelling up so speedily they almost had to cut the boot sour.
they sent me to the E.R. for x-rays but it wasn't broken just a really impossible sprain. they splinted it and gave me a prescribtion for a niggle killers and an anti-inflammatory. i have to wait for a couple hours beforehand someone from the school could come pick me up and bring me back.
by the time i get back near the physican who worked at the school be there. he and the nurses required to send me home. i be in some much niggle and knew if i go home i'd never hear the end of it (from my family circle or the other cadets) so i begged them to permit me stay and finish out the training, which they ended up doing but i be under strict lighting duty which meant i wasn't allowed to do PT or Drill. the college made an appointment for me to see the idiot ortho up there for the subsequent morning. he took off the splint and replaced it beside a heavy-duty brace and told me I didn't need to use the crutches any more (despite the certainty that my ankle was still swollen out to territory come and about 12 different shades of black, blue and purple and my toes be so swollen I couldn't bend them)
I informed them of what the doctor told me when I got stern to the school and they looked at me similar to I was nuts. I be then told that I stopped using the crutches formerly the end of the week I would seize in serious trouble and I wasn't taken past its sell-by date of light duty. By the close of the week the swelling had gone down and I be finally able to obtain around without the crutches on the final year of training and released from light duty. (which expected that I could make the run up crown mountain which is a just about 5 mile run up a hill that sits more or less a 75-80 degree angle and curves around the side of a mountain and no i'm not exggrating)
i be told by the cadre that if i attempted to do the run and fell out of formation that i would get contained by serious trouble and that it would be better if i just stayed final. (that didn't go over so capably with the other cadet in my company but i know there be no way i would be capable of keep up beside them and it sucked)
after about 3 days my ankle started going out again and by the following weekend I be hobbling around pretty badly again and ordered to run the infirmary. they sent me back to the idiot ortho who prescribed physical psychiatric help. the physical therapist told the infirmary i needed to start using the crutches again until i could accept full weight on the injured ankle which took in the order of 2 weeks and the physical therapy during that time by and large focused on stretches and the other ankle.
i went to that arts school for 2-1/2 years. during my last semester at hand I was placed on complete street light duty (no pt and no drill) from the beginning of october until the closing of the semester (which was in the region of 2 weeks from christmas) because the doctor was sick of seeing me around once a month because i had sprained my ankle and couldn't pace. he said that i would continue to be on table lamp duty until i brought a note from an ortho spinal column home clearing my ankle for regular duty. but just after thanksgiving break on of the regular army cadre pulled me into his department and asked why i was even bothering to attend the arts school. i looked him straight in the eye and told him i be there to earn a commission contained by the U.S. Army. he informed that he would never let me tie the military (including as an enlisted solider). after that i asked if i be dismissed, went put money on to the barracks and informed my father i be dropping out of school. i consequently went posterior to the military science office and informed the secutary i be dropping out of school at the extremity of the semester.

Since then,i enjoy repeatedly sprained the same ankle over and over again.A traditional chinese doctor told me that it be no surprise since the bones in my ankle aren't in the right position anymore due to the first accident. When the bones aren't surrounded by position,it is likely to hold another sprain. That's y i have to receive it fixed by letting a doctor push the bones back to where on earth they were.At the moment,i can discern the little bone stretched out of the ankle but it's painless.
