How long can a person stay bad on workers comp, and still the workmans comp benefits?

this is an employee who have been released by the doctors to come hindmost to work, but always finds a style to keep staying bad from work due to his injury. But mind you this person doesn't reinjure the persist problem. They just blame it on another injury that they utter was cause from the first injury, how long do you think this can dance on with them recieving comp benifits. shouldn't here be limits to comp to any tell them to sign up on disibility or carry back to work.

having trouble getting a full dark of sleep...please read...?

A lot depends on the state and the worker's comp policy.

If they are "released to work" and they decline, they should provide documentation from a doctor as to WHY they should still be out.
If the patient's own doctor disagrees with the company's, here is usually some form of arbitration to settle the dispute.
