Knee Injury and treatment ?
After using the bike and leg press (weight machine) yesterday at the gym, I noticed my right knees felt alittle sore. This morning when I woke up it be slightly swollen, had a dull smarting and just feel..well..funny when I bend it or put pressure on it. Anyone enjoy a similair experience and know what it is? Advice on how to care for it? Lastly, should I maintain working out on it or take a break till it feel better? Thanks!

I need cheap alternative to hydrocodone or suggestions. losing conflict.?
I think I know exactly what you are conversation about. i be playing basketball in gym class, and came down on my knees wierd. When I landed it kinda popped, but I didn't quality any pain, so I kept on going. It took for a time while but the pain started to come and them it have that funny feeling you described (it feel like in attendance was a bubble below me knee that wouldn't agree to me bend it far). I kinda ignored it, hoping it would progress away, and it didn't. Finally went to the doctor and he told me I probably have torn my meniscus (a major ligament within the knee). Luckily, when I got my MRI, it be just some twisted cartiledge and pinched nerves. So don't do too much on it, and use crutches if you can, and catch to the doctor. If it is a torn meniscus, and you leave it alone too long, your knees can become inflexible. If its torn you will have to own arthroscopic surgery, one in which the remove the torn tissue (which have a 3 day rescue period but will organize to arthritis later surrounded by life) or they can repair it (which has a 6-8 week salvage period, but will be as fitting as new). So hope its not torn, but get surrounded by ASAP and find out whats wrong and hope it heals rushed!
Back off it until it feel better.
Then go rear legs at it, just receive sure you stretch first and warm up slower. Try lower weights and more repetition. It works better for toning. But best recommend...after resting it a bit talk to one of the personal trainers. I've never know a condition club not to have one.
don't stop working out but do low impact excercizes
water aerobics
and theres tons of machines at the gym that are low impact
What promotes a heatlhy posterior?
Maybe Medial ligament, just hold of it for a couple of weeks and after that dont over use it, go comfortable on it.
