I had cervical (disc replacement) surgery a couple years fund and other skeletal and knee surgery spasm, has anyone used anything that I can buy that works
I've be using chrondroitin, glucosamine MSM as a supplement

I have be dealing with agony for many years. I own fibromyalgia. I also had surgery for a herniated disc. Arthritis and Osteoarthritis and oodles more. I don't like to bring pain pills so I enjoy been slanting more toward herbal drugs. I have found that by taking malic tart and calcium/magnesium/zinc has help alot. But one thing I will relay you, when you are in a flare in that isn't much you can do( if you want to get hooked on spasm pills, be my quest. The magnesium is for pain....Good Luck and Good Health

Have you tried ibuprofen? It's pretty good for bone/arthritis anguish.
