I have really discouraging upper back throbbing and arm numbness and shooting pains. I've been to the doctor but weren't enormously helpful and presently I I need somthing untill i get hold of insurance again. this pain have been keeping me up at hours of darkness and in tears during the afternoon.

I own lower Lumbar back affliction and I live with it everyday. I'm not trying to be a big Man here, agony hurts, but you have to cram how to make that affliction work for you at a lighter stage without have to rely on pain killer.
On the other hand, if your headache is Moderate to Severe daily and nightly after I guess your gonna have to pinch pain pills, but beware you can turn into a junkie too!
