I attain this realllly weird inkling sometimes!!?

ok this might be hard to explain but second night i be eating and afterwards i felt grotesque so i got up and started walking around. It kinda feel like i be dreaming or something. I was of late totally out of it and it would get worse when i would stride. So i thought i was tired and go to my bed and layed down, but then adjectives of a sudden my heart started beating sooo swiftly for no apparent sense and i could feel my heart spanking like through out my total body and i got soo anxious!! finally i got a drizzling paper towel and rubbed it on my arm, legs, and facade and i started coolin down and finally felt much better. So when I woke up this morning i be perfectly fine. Some general public told me it could be cuz i'm tired, but others told me it was puberty. HELP!!
