Knee problem?

occasionally my knee feel like it "pops" out but later after a minute or so it "pops" back contained by. during this process i'm in excruciating pain until it pops rear legs and then it sort of swells and the cramp goes down Am i dislocating it? and how do i stop it from poping in and out?

Did you ever do anything to injure your knees? Because it sort of sounds like you may own torn your ACL or some other ligament in your knees. I tore my ACL a few years ago and never got surgery, and if I verbs my knee the wrong agency it can sometimes "pop out" and then it swells for a year or two. Either way, you should take it checked out - you may have to capture an MRI. Either go to your doctor or the hospital - if it is what it sounds similar to, you can't stop it unless you get some sort of surgery.

My knees typically pop greatly, and my doctor told me that it's tracking of my knee cap. I have have surgery to correct one of my knees but I ended up have some pretty bad results because my neurological system react badly to the surgery. Your injury could own something to do with the popping. It also could be cartilage popping, I would see your doctor around this problem.

2. PCL
3.LCL
4.MCL
5.Meniscal injuries
6. Patella if truth be told slipping out of place
but I would say it is the ACL and or one of the other ligaments and meniscal injuries to budge with the ACL. How did you hurt it? Did it walk out on you right after the injury? I'd go to the dr because adjectives you are doing by NOT going to get it checked out is cause more damage to the knees.
