Are there any exercises to strengthen your knees?

It's call static. same thing that happen when you rub a balloon too much with cloth. I catch it all the time from driving (cars can generate static), walking across hearth rug in socks, etc. The root that you get a shock when you touch another character is because people with ease have metals surrounded by their body (Iron, Magnesium, etc).. although some people see it as a sign when "there's a spark" between two folks. ;-)

If you get it unbelievably often, it's promising that there is any very low humidity surrounded by your area, you hold clothing that "shuffles" a lot and generate static, or there may be things where on earth you live that generate static that you might not realize.

What I learned to do when I be building up a lot of static due to my mat, I just touched grounded metal more habitually. If you touch grounded metal more often, near will be less static built up by the time you touch it, and it will diffuse what you enjoy accumulated past it can build up to a "big shock". The most common grounded metal sources are metal doorways, but you can also use big metal shelves, door handle, or any other sizable metal object.
