My eyes are strained because I don't have my goggles with me and immediately I have a murderer head throbbing.?

Any body out there enjoy any advice or home remedies or something of that sort to swiftly relieve strained sore eyes? I use motrin and that takes the fringe off the torment and I usually need to sleep it sour. Any help? Thanks surrounded by advance!

being on the comp doen't help. i suggest taking advil and lying down
