Any tips or insist on on quitting smoking?
I have be smoking since I was12. I know that is horrible. Twelve years subsequently I am still smoking. I really want to quit because I have be having chest headache for about a year very soon and I am young so it really scare me. I smoke about a pack and a partially a day and can't even come across to cut down. So if any of you smokers or ex-smokers have any support on cutting down or quitting smoking please agree to me know!

My advice and it worked for me be to just stop cold turkey. subsequent time you run out of smokes don't buy anymore, let adjectives your friends know you are quitting so they won't bum you any and try to keep busy to keep hold of your mind off smoking. It's not easy but remember, anything you do for 21 days straight becomes a way. Make not smoking a habit. After just about 21 days you should be home free. Good luck.

there is a new medication call chantex that is getting rave reviews. it is supposed to put together smoking feel disgusting, approaching it should, and you can then taper yourself bad it. I'm not one for the "pill" solution. but if you've tried other means of quitting and messed up then why not tender it a shot. early reports show no side effects, and we know what the side effects of smoking are.obedient luck.
