Does anyone know how to make a numbing cream at home? I own tried ice and it doesn't concluding long enough. I do my own tattoos and I own had my eyeliner done professionally and in a minute I am going to make it dark. I would like to find some opening to make a numbing agent at home. Please assistance. thanks
