What is this pain surrounded by my chest to shoulder?

for the past three days i enjoy been getting these changeable pains that start in the left of my chest and shoot into my not here shoulder. it hurts something fierce. almost feel like its contained by the damn bone. it only finishing at most a minute or so, but it occurs impulsively off and on through out the sunshine. i am 26 and in fitting health. what the heck? no injurys at tiniest to that part of my body.

If this continues to effect you I would suggest talking to your doctor. Any backache in the chest (specifically on the departed side of your chest where your heart is) is not something to embezzle lightly. Be safe and sound and get checked out.
