Bicep strain?
2 days ago i started to work out and everything was fine. Yesterday i be at a pool party, and after the gala my bicep felt approaching it was strained. Could it be strained because of first the pressure of the workout after at the pool party, i be in the pool swimming and goofing around, putting more pressure on it i guess. Could that hold happened?
