What can i do to lift my blood pressure?

I had a ganglion cyst removed from my vanished wrist - twice. It grew back after the first surgery. Yes, it is typical to have some numbness after surgery. It took roughly 6 months for numb spots on my fingers and especially my thumb to go away. Nerves grow completely slowly, so if they are damaged it can help yourself to a while for them to recover. Some nerves grow simply one millimeter a month. I have also experienced something similar when I injured a toe.

Name calling?

There is still no "fix" for the nerves bar chiropractic or other alternative medicine. The problem is plausible some nerves got tatty. I'm sorry to report if your doctor cut any nerves, which is likely, they won't bring back better.
