I got injured at work, have ACL surgery. What kind of settlement could I expect. Ball park digit.?

I am 25 years old and ever helpful guy. I work for DHL. I tore my ACL at work and then I go and had surgery. I be out of work for a year. Now im back to work and I a moment ago went and get a rating done. The doc said I was 15% disabled, as resourcefully as I have a pretty distasteful scar to donate. I was making almost $600 to $700 take home, is here anyway to get a orb park figure to know what features of settlement I could get. Or can someone else beside past experiences similar to this tell me in the region of there settlements. I don’t want to close out my medical I want to quit it open.
The legal representative I have is sorta not unfolding me anything.

Any tips on how to fall asleep nifty?

Lawyers are terrible communicators and they will drop the globe on your case if you tolerate them.

I went through this 3-4 years ago and the lawyer did not have a clue just about my case when it go to court.

My case took roughly 22 months and that included the appeal my employer did and that appeal cost me about 8,000 dollars. I concluded up with 25% disability and received almost 15,000 after the lawyers share.

The amount received will depend upon what state you reside and the % of disability you receive. Generally the employer doc will say 5-10% disability and your doc will read aloud 35-50% and the court will end up contracted how much you will be awarded.

In the mean while your credit will be ruined unless your lucky they knob the medical bills better than they did for me.

See me profile and e-mail me if you have any more question.

Good luck!

Pop my ears?

Were you covered by Workman's Compensation ? They are the ones to see. I also have to assume that you are still working for DHL. Companies don't resembling you to file a claim next to Workman's Comp. because it will raise their insurance premiums.
