Fibromyalgia is a awfully real and tender disease!! Dont ever let anyone detail you different. I suffer with it as all right so I know it is real.

As for aching managemnt...I use Aleve Liqui-gels. If the pain doesnt receive better with that, next I have a prescription that I use.

You can also do stretching exercises that really help alot. Have you talked to your doctor more or less physical therapy? That would be a great process to go. You should also swot up meditation. I have done that and it have helped a total lot.

I also had the benefit of have a sister wwho was a lisenced work therapist. But if you cant afford that, next you can find someone who would do it for you as a favor. The key is to swot up all the trigger points. Go Google "fibromyalgia". You will f ind tons of info on it. WebMD also have a great chart that shows all of the trigger points. Those will be the areas to concentrate on while getting the squeeze.
