Job and carpal tunnel?

I have be working a job contained by customer service for over 3 years now and own had carpal tunnel surrounded by the past, it seem to be acting back up and I am alarmed to say anything at work or run back to the doctors. In 2001 I be treated for it and had bravery damage, I go to see a chiropractor which helped. I am basically scared that if I speak anything at work I will be let travel and I like my post but I am tired of hurting. What should I do.
