Punched in pec (very hard)!!?

So yeh, It be at a party and i get punched in the right foot side pec, at the time it didnt hurt, but now i own a small yellow bruise. It really hurts when i try and bring a deep breath it hurts, when i run, it hurts when i put my foot down to push myself up and today i sneezed and my god, i screamed a word conceivably i shouldnt of!!! so my question is, have anyone had this and what did you do to lend a hand ease the agony, and pls dont say doctors, no disrespect but the word paracetemol comes to mind!

There are a couple of things that could happen. First you could own fractured a rib, which there really isn't anything you can do, you purely have to lift it easy and agree to it heal. Second you probably bruised your intercostal muscles(muscles between your ribs). When this happen your muscles will tighten up and constrict deep breathing. Last you may hold irritated your pec muscle and intercostal muscles, which would cause the symptoms that you are have. You can ice the nouns for 20 minutes on and at least a hour rotten. You can take some ibuprofen (Advil) to lend a hand with the swelling and anguish. If you were to step to the doctor they would give you 800mg, which is four 200mg Advil's. Hope this help
