Bruise that won't jump away?
it's very night light and hardly noticable but it still bothers me.
what could it be? and also i own no idea where on earth the bruise came from.

It's terrifically common to win a small bruise on your arms and legs and have no conception where it come from... it could have happend contained by your sleep, you could have insubstantially bumped into something and thought nothing of, or conceivably somebody bumped into you casually. You said it's be there going on for a month... has it be slowly getting lighter and smaller, or has it be about indistinguishable the entire month?
If it's a bruise that really is not vanishing and is really bothering you see your doctor for some bloodwork and stuff.
If it's be slowly getting lighter in color and smaller in size give it a short time bit longer.

A real bruise will be in motion away in nearly 10 days and go through its blue/green/yellow transition as it fade away. Are you sure it's not a skin discoloration from sun exposure? Is there any twinge associated with it? Are you taking any blood thinners resembling asperin/ibuprofen/cumadin? It doesn't hurt to check it out, go see a doctor if you are worried almost it. Most likely it is not a big concern.There is a bruise remover on the flea market that works. I had a mark on my face and it removed it.

lingering bruise is not common and can be cause by several serious problems i do not want to panic you but you should see a doctor not going by what we devise, be brave and see the man you may be glad. take meticulousness of yourselfIf it doesn't hurt, I don't presume there's anything to worry in the region of. I have some on my shins that don't hurt and are muted in color that won't shift away because I've banged my shins so heaps times. It's probably some stuck pigment. Besides, most bruises take roughly 2-4 weeks to heal. If you're really worried, procure it checked out by a doctor.
