Son have hard bleeding bump on his arm?

He has a generous hard bump on his arm, it is hot to touch and reasonably painful. He say he only notice it today, and he hadn't injured it today. Although 2 days ago at the park he fell off the monkeybars onto this arm and it have hurt him at the time. Any ideas ??

Could be a staph infection! Not really a big deal, but it will probably require anti-biotics for 10 days if it is that. If more bumps develop, it's almost absolutely just that. Highly infectious.

It could be a spider bit him - not a black widow or anything similar to that - just for a moment 'ole spider.
