Any Ideas for Good Exercise Programs or Sites?
I recently saw my nuerologist and he suggested to give support to my back dull pain I try to get myself into pilates or yoga to sustain strengthen and improve the strength of my back. It sounds resembling a good view but I totally suck at following exercise programs. Anyone have any worthy ideas of programs that are expeditious but very paying special attention...things I won't "get bored of"?

I imagine you should go through several weeks of physical psychiatric therapy first...that way you are doing things correctly lower than the supervision of the PT to make sure you do not produce things worse with unseemly form. Ask your doc about physical psychotherapy.

I do my yoga with the girls on tv. If you enjoy cable or satilight, that is. If not travel to a gym, and join a class. that path you have a group for support.
