I took venastat and a sleeping pill. is that desperate?

i took venastat and then 30 mins following i took sleeping pill? is that bad for me? i shouldnt hold taken the sleeping pill because i dont want to fall asleep anymore. is nearby any way to give a hiding it and stay awake? i feel adjectives woozzy. ;(
