Well, whoever's sitting next to or surrounded by front of you won't be very elated to be flying with you, but if you certainly need to fly, afterwards take some Sudafed nearly 30 minutes before your flight, and use some Afrin in a jiffy before departure, so that your ears are less congested and can equalize the pressure more confidently. Also take an antihistamine approaching Claritin, so that you're not sneezing over everybody, and a cough suppressant or cough drops to that you're not coughing on your neighbor's snacks. If the flight is more than 4 hours long, either rob a long-acting Sudafed preparation, or bring more with you contained by case you want to take it again. Also disinfect your hand frequently by washing or next to Purell or antibacterial wipes. You may also try to rinse out your sinus passage with a nasal/sinus rinse (available in most pharmacies - lately ask the pharmacist) before you fly to grasp most of the junk out.
