Falling Asleep?

There are some things you can do which may seem strange.
1) Do not stay within bed tossing and turning longer then 30 minutes. Get up and do something outside of the bedroom. Read a book, look through Dutch auction adds, write correspondence, anything to keep your self from stressing almost "not sleeping" and then when you do make out that you are feeling drowsy jump back to bed-ignore the clock (knowing how behind it is will stress you again).
2) Plan for yourself a calming relaxing bedtime routine to enjoy a consistency (especially time wise) for more favorable sleeping mindset.
3) If your daily routine lacks physical exercise try fitting that in too-such as a totter after dinner-a weekly exercise class.
4) Do not exercise just until that time bedtime though.
work out during the day and it charitable of makes tired you enjoy to lay down later.

all right what i do is
*i read untill im tired
*listen to soft music (flute music is good)
*think about your favorite place, near your eyes closed and try to pretend your there.
*buy a mini spray, and put it in your bedoom.(the sounds sooth peoples minds)
b4 u shift to bed take a hot hip bath with soft music
Why do i take this sudden pain after urinating?
Honestly, a cup of hot milk works wonders for me - I guess here is something to trytophan..Give yourself permission to carry less sleep for awhile- you don't call for to be stressing about it -that will a short time ago make it worse.
Really, though, try the milk thing- what own you got to loose?
